Dear Sir or Madame; I have spoken out against this user already under Xela6 Xela7 Xela8 and Xela 9, and there has yet to be an IP ban (or she has switched outside her original IP to continue to haunt DA). Now the user has [link] , [link] , [link] , [link] , [link] , [link] & [link] in an attempt to circumvent DA's policies. She's been banned numerous times for art theft and she is still under 13 and violates DA's agreement with COPPA as underaged. Please could someone put an end to this art thief's reign in the form of a permanent ban. The community would greatly appreciate it. Thank you in advance!
